In 1981, firm founder Victor Poulos’ daughter was born severely brain-damaged due to medical negligence. After seeing firsthand how the legal system worked for those with little means, Victor dedicated his life on the spot to fighting for the rights of people with ordinary resources who’ve been wrongfully harmed by medical negligence.
Decades later, his precious daughter still requires 24-hour care, deepening his understanding of how greatly medical negligence impacts not only the victim, but their loved ones as well.
Today, his personal experience remains the purpose behind Poulos & Cavazos’ medical malpractice firm.
